Pathologists from the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, University of Toronto, Yale University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center have created the diagnostic criteria and algorithm¬†(see below)¬†to standardize the diagnosis of various fallopian tube lesions that may represent the precursor lesions of “ovarian” high-grade serous carcinomas.
